Certified Peppol Access Point

E-invoicing for Shopify, run by the access point itself

Every paid business order becomes the e-invoice the law asks for and goes straight to the buyer over the Peppol network. Anyone not on the network is invoiced by email instead. Refunds and cancellations raise their own credit notes.

Install it on your store

From the Shopify App Store, in one press. It then opens under Apps in your Shopify admin.

Three steps, then it runs itself

1

Say where you trade

One question in the set-up: where your business is registered. The app then knows which identifier to ask buyers for and which document each country expects.

2

Connect your GoRoute account

One button. Sign in, or create the account there and then. Your store is registered on the network under your own identifier.

3

Sell

Every paid business order raises its e-invoice and delivers it. Refunds and cancellations raise their credit notes without being asked.

What the app does

Delivered over Peppol, by us

GoRoute is the access point, not a reseller of somebody else's. The invoice, its delivery and its status are one service.

Buyers off the network still get invoiced

A PDF by email carrying the e-invoice inside it, ZUGFeRD or Factur-X for German and Dutch sellers.

Credit notes raise themselves

A refund or a cancellation produces the credit note against the original invoice, citing its number.

Pro forma invoices and delivery notes

The documents a business buyer asks for before paying, and the one that travels with the goods.

The VAT number, asked at checkout

Checked in your country's format while the buyer is still there, so the invoice is right the first time.

Your customers serve themselves

The invoice is on the order status page and in their account, so nobody emails you asking for it.

Where it works today

Structured e-invoices are already mandatory between Belgian businesses, and mandates phase in elsewhere. Whether one covers you is for you and your adviser to confirm. Read the country pages for the rules that apply where you trade.
