E-invoicing for Wix, run by the access point itself
Every paid business order on your Wix store becomes the e-invoice the law asks for and goes straight to the buyer over the Peppol network. Anyone not on the network is invoiced by email instead. Refunds and cancellations raise their own credit notes. Free for fifty e-invoices a month.
Add it to your site
From the Wix App Market, in one press. It then opens under Apps in your site's dashboard.
Add from the Wix App MarketThree steps, then it runs itself
Add it from the App Market
One press on the Wix App Market. The app then opens from your site's dashboard, under Apps, with nothing to install anywhere else.
Say where you trade
One question in the set-up: where your business is registered. The app then knows which identifier to ask buyers for and which document each country expects.
Connect your GoRoute account
One button. Sign in, or create the account there and then. Your store is registered on the network under your own identifier, and every paid business order from then on raises its e-invoice by itself.
What the app does
Delivered over Peppol, by us
GoRoute is the access point, not a reseller of somebody else's. The invoice, its delivery and its delivery status are one service.
Buyers off the network still get invoiced
A PDF by email carrying the e-invoice inside it: ZUGFeRD for German sellers, EN 16931 for Dutch ones, PINT for Australia and New Zealand.
Credit notes raise themselves
A refund or a cancellation produces the credit note against the original invoice, citing its number. A cancelled order is credited in full.
Pro forma invoices and delivery notes
The document a business buyer pays a bank transfer against, and the one that travels with the goods, both from the order page.
The VAT number, asked at checkout
A field on your Wix checkout asks business buyers for their VAT, ABN or NZBN and checks its format while they are still there.
Everything on the order page
Invoice number, delivery channel and whether the buyer's system has accepted it, with the PDF and the UBL XML to download, right on the Wix order.
Where it works today
Structured e-invoices are already mandatory between Belgian businesses, and mandates phase in elsewhere. Whether one covers you is for you and your adviser to confirm. Read the country pages for the rules that apply where you trade.
What it costs
- Free50 e-invoices a month, every feature, credit notes and delivery included$0/mo
Nothing to buy. The app is free on the Wix App Market and there is no charge per document. Delivery over the network is included, because we are the network operator. A store that outgrows the allowance can talk to us about a GoRoute plan.
